Annual Tourism Conference

The Orange County Tourism Council celebrated National Travel and Tourism Week by hosting the annual Tourism Conference in Newport Beach on May 12, 2010.

"Up and Running.On the Road to Recovery" was the theme of this year's conference. The conference showcased the importance of developing and sustaining tourism in Orange County. Emerging Lifestyles and Travel Trends were key conference topics providing Industry Leaders a future outlook for marketing opportunities. The conference provided speakers who shared timely marketing insights and 'The OC' branding efforts of the Council. Tourism Economics were presented and the fiscal impacts of tourism accentuated how vital the tourism industry is to Orange County's economic growth.

The Orange County Tourism Council is dedicated to working together with tourism and hospitality organizations in marketing our destination and strengthening the brand message for Orange County.
