The Fullerton Museum Center, home of the Leo Fender Gallery, is dedicated to developing and presenting the best multi-disciplinary exhibitions and educational programs in the areas of history, science, and art. Museum exhibits often highlight unique aspects of 20th and 21st century popular culture. Our two galleries consist of a permanent display of the Leo Fender guitar and the history of its development here in Fullerton. In addition the museum features three to four exhibitions annually in our main gallery. In conjunction with our exhibits, we offer programs including lectures, concerts, and art classes. We provide several kids’ programs throughout the year that reach out to children from pre school through 9th grade including Wednesday Art Studio, Guitar Gateways, The Art of Nature Summer Camp, Spring Into Music Camp and more. One of our most popular programs is the Wednesday morning “Stroller Brigade” a free, in gallery program for toddlers and preschoolers. The galleries are open six days a week from Noon to 4:00pm, and Noon to 8:00pm on Thursdays. In the meantime, you can check out our gift shop that opens at 9am on weekdays and noon on weekends. You will find Fender apparel, kids’ toys, jewelry, books and more.
