Seasons 52 is a Florida-based restaurant chain that’s ultra-seasonal: every item on the seasonally inspired menu contains less than 475 calories, and each meal is nutritionally balanced to include the highest quality lean meats and seafood, good carbs and beneficial oils such as extra virgin olive oil. Entrees range from $11.75 - $26.95 and mini indulgences – “individual servings of classic desserts” - cost $2.50 a piece and include Old-Fashioned Carrot Cake and Key Lime Pie. The wine list contains over 60 wines. Executive Chef and Partner Tim Kast says the signature flatbreads are the perfect beginning. For an entrée, you cannot go wrong with the oak-grilled caramelized sea scallops served with sun-dried tomato pearl pasta and fresh roasted asparagus. You must end the meal with one of the award-winning mini indulgences. Chef Kast's favorite is the Peanut Butter and Chocolate Swirl.
