The OC's hottest chefs have cooked all over the world and choose to call the sprawling Southern California culinary mecca - Orange County - their permanent home. Chef Yves Fournier | Andrei's Conscious Cuisine
Chef Yves Fournier was born in Paris and has worked just about everywhere in the world, including France, England, New York and Irvine, where he was the Chef de Cuisine for 6ix Park Grill at the Hyatt Regency. One of his favorite OC restaurants is Marche Moderne, at South Coast Plaza.

Andrei's serves locally-sourced California cuisine, emphasizing Mediterranean flavors. This unique restaurant is fervently committed to sustainable kitchen practices, from recycling their cooking oil to reducing energy usage and supporting local and artisanal businesses.

Marché Moderne

For decades, this couple has cooked it up in some of the best kitchens in France and Orange County.  Located inside South Coast Plaza, Marché Moderne is a truly modern French bistro - demonstrated in its minimalist upscale decor, impeccable service and innovative cuisine. Marché Moderne is the place to find such bistro classics as artisan-made cheese and charcuterie plates, along with moules frites, steak frites l’echalote, cold foie gras torchon and oysters du jour. For over 10 years, Chef Andrew Sutton has been telling the story of the Napa Valley through his food. His fresh, innovative California cuisine is served right inside Disney's California Adventure park. Chef encourages guests to interact with him at the Chef's counter where "The Vintner's Table" prix-fixe menu is a foodie favorite. Since it's opening in 2002, Napa Rose Restaurant has received high accolades from Orange County food and wine community.
