Anaheim

Four Diamond Hotel (1030 West Katella Ave.) to be Built Next to Anaheim Convention Center
A $225 million, 634-room property is set to replace the Anabella Hotel on Katella Ave. Located adjacent to the Anaheim Convention Center, the hotel will stand eight stories high with 42,000 square feet of meeting space. Construction begins in early fall 2017 with an opening in 2020.

Downtown Anaheim Welcomes New Wine Tasting Room
Pali Wine Co., of Lompoc, CA, is opening a tasting room in the MAKE Building, a 10,500-square-foot structure that was once a marmalade factory dating back to the early 1900s, this summer. With a second lease on life, the Make Building also has indoor and outdoor communal lounge space, Unsung Brewery, soon to open Jav's BBQ, and a yet-to-be-announced distillery.

New Food Offerings at Angel Stadium are Hitting It Out of the Park
Adding a little flavor to America's Pastime, Legends Hospitality has expanded the menus and concepts at Angel Stadium for the 2017 season. Proving to be a homerun, Saint Archer Brewing Co.'s is the "Big A's" gastropub eatery that boasts excellent views, craft beer pairings and delicious eats.

Golden Road Brewing Undergoes Massive Expansion
Golden Road Brewing is expanding its facility in a big way. The renowned brewery is planning a massive 56,000-square-foot expansion which includes three outdoor bars, sit down restaurant, event space, kids play area, dog run, movie viewing areas and outdoor fire pits. Bottle Logic Brewing Expands Tasting Room and Production Facility
Expansion to Bottle Logic is currently underway. The expansion will double the brewery's size and add an outdoor patio area, as well as private event space. Main Street Electrical Parade Returns to Disneyland Resort
Disney's beloved Main Street Electrical Parade continues all summer until Aug. 20. The nightly parade will make its way down Main St. with the original floats from 1996.

Summer of Heroes Touch Down at Disney California Adventure® Park
Summer of Heroes inaugurates an ever-expanding universe of Super Hero stories at Disney California Adventure that will become even bigger over time. Guardians of the Galaxy characters and other Super Heroes are making appearances throughout the park for new exploits and heroic encounters. Festival of Arts - California's Premier Fine Art Show
July 5 - August 31
The Festival of Arts is California's longest-running outdoor fine art exhibition, celebrating 85 years. Its jury process and open-air gallery setting allow this festival to please all types of connoisseurs. The show features the original artwork by 140 award-winning artists from Orange County. Art-related attractions and special events include jazz concerts, wine and chocolate pairings, and guided and audio art tours throughout the eight-week run.

Pageant of the Masters
July 7 - August 31
Pageant of the Masters is arguably one of the most unique productions in the entire world. Audiences are amazed by 90 minutes of tableaux vivants ("living pictures"), incredibly faithful re-creations of classical and contemporary works of art, with real people posing to look exactly like their counterparts in the original pieces. An outdoor amphitheater, professional orchestra, original score, live narration, intricate sets, sophisticated lighting, expert staff and hundreds of dedicated volunteers have won recognition for the Pageant of the Masters as the best presentation of its kind. The history of art is filled with stories of solitary artists abandoning society to pursue their creative expression. The 2017 theme: ‘The Grand Tour.' A Pageant ticket entitles one to free, unlimited admission to the Festival of Arts grounds all summer long.
